Their "true form" has only been revealed to Alfred Bender, the director of the International Flying Saucer Bureau and even this claim is unverifiable. According to Bender, an Ultraterrestrial more commonly took the shape of human beings with only slight malformations (incorrectly shaped or pointed ears, animal-like irises, extremely pale skin, an uncanny facial orientation alongside occasional biological inconsistencies)

The "true form" of an Ultraterrestrial was described by Alfred Bender as appearing to be exactly like that of the Flatwoods Monster (see ACIO-008), however, Bender would fail to provide further details and seemed to rely on an incorrect description of the creature provided by fellow researcher Gray Barker of whom claimed the creature was more biological in nature:

He had instantly changed himself from the form of a man to a creature which appeared to be similar to that pictured by the West Virginia witnesses who described the Flatwoods monster!
