Ebook Description:

The Lake Michigan Stonehenge is claimed to be an underwater sunken megalithic structure composed of several large standing and lying stones. Data concerning the size of the anomalous structure is uncertain, however, the smallest boulder with clear carvings on its surface that depicts an extinct mastodon-like creature with a matching hump, back, head, trunk, tusk and triangular shaped ears provides evidence that the carving of the rock is estimated to have been at least 10,500 years old, and is measured to be a height of three point five feet high and five feet long. When comparing images, the carved rock appears to be the smallest, lying stone, and completely cleared of covered algae and debris. It is uncertain whether or not the nearby standing stones of much greater size are also carved, but given their anomalous formation, it is believed that they were also placed in their standing position by an intelligent creature and not that of a natural formation. The Lake Michigan Stonehenge is located in the Grand Traverse Bay of Lake Michigan at an expected depth of forty feet.

Scientific consensus holds that the creation of The Lake Michigan Stonehenge was made via natural processes of receding glaciers that once inhabited the region of Lake Michigan, however, it becomes difficult to explain the rigid and equilateral placements of the vertical standing stones as a process of natural glacial receding without any other nearby boulders throughout the desolate region of the lake.
